My name is Chris Nicholls, I look after the Northern Beaches and Newcastle areas, and I’ve been an Area Manager for EC now for almost 14 years.
My main role at EC is meeting with business owners to show how EC’s Clients benefit from using the correct and compliant paperwork, and how to successfully recover monies owed. On my weekends I enjoy spending time with my 2 sons and helping them renovate their first investment property at Newcastle.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve seen EC’s array of services, systems, policies, and procedures dramatically advance to the point where EC has quite literally become an industry leader in the field of business and credit management.
The most interesting part of working with EC is meeting with and working with our clients because every client’s business is unique and evolving, and the part I appreciate most about working with EC is knowing that my clients always receive 1st class service whenever they deal with other members of the EC team. This is the single biggest factor that’s led to my longevity in the company: the consistently high standard of support both I and my clients receive from a great Customer Service team, talented Terms of Trade Department (backed up by a firm of Sydney city solicitors), and a powerful Collections Department.
